Every student has a weekly lesson with their instructor in order to focus on students’ individual development. Students can advance at their own speed and modify their training based on their goals, strengths, and limitations. Also, each student can choose a time of the week that works for their schedule.
All of our students are invited to participate in as many group classes as they wish. These classes focus on practical applications of the techniques and principles that students learn in their weekly lessons. They are also a time to improve your overall fitness and strength. And since all students train in a weekly lesson, the group classes run smoothly and are filled with lots of action and little down time.
Prior to participating in your first group class, we ask that you first participate in our Complimentary Evaluation Course.
